ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

The objective of the assignment to reinforce the PPP Institutional and Regulatory Framework through a review of the PPP framework, establishment of the PPP unit together with training in these areas, as well as developing a pipeline of PPP projects. The scope of work for this assignment is: (i) Feasibility of PPP Unit/ PPP unit mandate design; (ii) PPP trainings support and (iii) Appraisal of potential PPP projects.

The Consultant is expected to provide inputs to the World Bank in the form of expert guidance and best practice examples on the above tasks.
