Development B-Plan 123 - general planning service
The municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg plans to implement the development of the development plan B 123 "Commercial area west of Grosse Heidekoppel", 2nd amendment.
The areas of development plan No. 123, 2nd amendment are part of the commercial area Ulzburg. The area borders on Heideweg to the south, to the east on the areas of B-Plans No. 76 and 83, to the north on the area of B-Plan 123, 1st amendment and to the west on the areas of B-Plan 146.
The areas are currently still used for agriculture. With the designations of the development plan The conditions for the development and commercial development of the areas were created.
The drainage for the retention and treatment of the resulting rainwater is carried out via the drainage into the existing rain retention basin "Siebenstuecken" north of the motorway access road.
