The overall objective of the mission is the implementation of an electronic platform accessible to the concerned parties mentioned below, containing a battery of rubrics to improve their capacity to manage local public affairs. to be a dynamic and didactic space, easily accessible and exploitable by different profiles ofgers. The pedagogical and educational dimensionin different areas related to local governance will be a central focus of this platform. The specific objectives of this electronic platform are as follows: • Ensure permanent and regular upgrading of local elected officials and update their knowledge instantly while knowing that theThe local public management process is often confronted with the imponderables of theenvironment, which requires the provision of the appropriate educational tools to cope with them • Extend the target population of elected representatives to receive more training in different areas • Facilitate the establishment of institutional mechanisms forforums, coalitions, and / or intermediation networks aiming at exchanging best practices and experiences in the management of public affairs, • establishing electronic relay spaces between elected representatives and citizens, as well as experts, as part of citizen participation, to respond to all socio-economic concernsrelated to local affairs in the form of debates and public panels • Developing their skills in decision-making and improving the public service • Understanding the techniques of communication, negotiation, conflict management and managerial leadership 29 • In order to take effective charge of the economic dimension conferredrecently to local communities, it is relevant to prepare an electronic platform as a support for the elected representatives who are considered as main actors in the embodiment of this economic role, •To develop skills and achievements knowledge of local elected officials in terms of decision-making and improvement of the public serviceby allowing...
