Expression of Interest are invited for Development and Asphalting Project of Lola-N' Zoo-FrontièRe CôTe D'ivoire Road
The evaluation criteria for the shortlist scored out of a total of 100 points are:
▪ Provision of proof of registration on the roll of a recognized order of chartered accountants. Failure to supply results in disqualification of the firm.
▪ General experience of the consultant in the field of account auditing, rated out of 20 points
2 points per year of experience up to 20 points;
▪ Reference of similar services (specific experiences justified for development projects financed by international donors (ADB, WB, IDB, AFD, etc.) rated out of 60 points at the rate of 10 points per specific experience up to the amount of 60 points;
▪ Technical and management capabilities of the Consultant rated out of 20 points.
NB: Each reference will be summarized on a project sheet and will only be taken into account if the candidate attaches the
supporting documents including the contact details of the Project Owners allowing possible verification of the information
provided. The supporting documents that will be taken into account are the Certificates of good execution.
Consultants can form associations to increase their chances of qualification. In the event of a group, the constitutive agreement of the group must be attached.
