This call for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice published in UNDB and on the Bank`s website http://www.afbd.org dated 23 May 2016 and the General Opinion of Public Procurement published in the newspaper Express of Madagascar dated August 20, 2019 and published on the website of the EDBM.

The Republic of Madagascar has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) to cover the cost of the Investment Promotion Support Project (PAPI), and intends to use part of the funds awarded under this loan for the contract of an individual consultant in charge of the development and addition of modern and more in-depth features in the new EDBM website and mobile application.

In order to enhance the performance of the website and mobile applications in communication and marketing, the services provided under this contract include: (i) identifying and integrating new and more modern features, including the presentation of information on dynamic and more interactive elements, (ii) better organize the economic events initiated by the EDBM.

The PAPI represented by the Person Responsible for Public Procurement invites individual Consultants to apply for the services described above. The interested individual consultants must produce information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the required services (detailed CV with similar service references, comparable job experience and three professional references).

The eligibility criteria, the shortlisting and the selection procedure will be in line with the new framework of the African Development Bank`s procurement policy (October 2015) and the provisions of the Financing Agreement which are available on the Bank`s website at http://www.afbd.org .
