Determination of the ecological minimum water flow on the Legnitzka and Buchholzer Wasser Determination of the ecological minimum water flow on the Legnitzka and Buchholzer Wasser Objective The ecological minimum water quantities of the Legnitzka as well of Buchholz water must be determined taking into account the legal basis (WHG, OGewV, WWRL) as well as the above-mentioned LAWA recommendation, the biotope runoff approach described therein or a simplified procedure if necessary.
