The construction services advertised here for the kitchen technology for the new building of the ITGZ I include: Production of the complete, operational building automation system, essentially consisting of: -Local control center control center (MBE); -Automation level based on DDC; -Power and MSR control cabinets; -Manual emergency operation level (local priority operation) in the control cabinet; -Manual control level (LCD display) on the control cabinet door; -Zone and laboratory regulation; -Regulation/control/information activation; -Installations; - encoders, actuators; - Services; -Connection to the existing DESY management level via BACnet. The following systems are regulated, controlled and monitored by building automation: -ventilation, partial and full air conditioning systems; -refrigeration systems; -Static and dynamic heating systems; -underfloor heating; -Laboratory control with air balance via variable volume flow controller and temperature via 4-pipe circulating air cooler; -Individual room control for meeting rooms with radiators and circulating air coolers. The following systems are controlled and monitored by the building automation: - Exhaust air systems; -2 smoke extraction fans and the associated natural supply air openings. The following systems are provided by the Building automation only monitors: -Fault messages, overvoltage and lightning protection tripping LV and other outdoor systems; -Fault messages overvoltage tripping Elt.-UVen AV, SV, laboratories; -Fault message for circulating air cooler IT rooms; -control cabinets MSR itself; - water leakage in technical centers; -Trip BMA for shutdown; -Maintenance and fault reports for sanitary technology.
