DESY Hamburg new building ITGZ I - carpentry work, fixed installations The German Electron Synchrotron DESY is a research facility with locations in Hamburg and Zeuthen (Brandenburg). The new building will be built on the DESY campus in Hamburg Integrated technology and start-up center (ITGZ I), built as a location for innovation projects with a flexible and multifunctional research and communication center. The project is part of the “Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld” development area. Building dimensions: Building width approx. 31.50 m Building length approx. 81.50 m Building height approx. 14.1 m or 32.70 m (tower area) No basement The building is divided into a 3-storey base zone with a height of approx. 14.10 m above sea level. terrain and one 6-story tower area, with a height of approx. 32.70 m. The overall dimensions are approx. 81.50 x 31.50 m. The total size of the building site being worked on is approx. 6, 050 m2.
