Design Build Contract for the Construction of a Single Story Command and Control Center Building with Approximately 386 m2 Having Masonary Walls and a Sloped Metal Roof. There are Two (2) Options for an Additional 146 m2 of Space. Option 3, within the Price Breakout Schedule, Provides an Additional 120 m2 of Cubical Space and Option 4 Provides an Additional 26 m2.
