TENDER NOTICE

DESIGN THE TRAINING MANUAL ON GENDER &GBV LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND TRAIN THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe in collaboration with CARE International Rwanda is implementing the Every Voice Counts (EVC) Project. Funded by the Netherland Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through, Care Netherlands, EVC project is being implemented in 5 districts of Southern Province, namely Kamonyi, Muhanga, Ruhango, Nyanza, and Huye districts.

In line with project’s objective of advocacy for improved citizen engagement and social accountability model for enhancing women participation and influence in governance processes to address gender-based violence at local and National level, Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe would like to recruit a company or an individual consultant to design the training manual and conduct the training on the developed manual to the local authorities.

The tender document can be found at Pro-Femmes /Twsehamwe offices located at Gahanga, Kicukiro (Next to Gahanga sector office) from 12th September during working hours (8:00 AM- 5:00PM) after presenting the bank slip as proof of payment of ten thousand francs (10, 000FRW) nonrefundable on bank Account number 0023951-01-58 in I&M Bank.

Interested consulting firm or individual consultant should submit their technical and financial offers sealed separately both the technical and financial proposals will be submitted in hard copies addressed the executive secretary of Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe no later than 24th September 2018 at 10:00 am. Duly submitted bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 am on the same date.
