Tenders are invited for Design, Production and Installation of Exhibition for Ntsweng Site Museum in Molepolole
A non-refundable fee of P500.00 (Five Hundred Pula only) in cash or by bank guaranteed cheques made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of Tender Document. 100% youth owned companies will pay P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) for the document. Payment should be made at the Accounts Office within the Department of National Museum and Monuments Offices. The tender is to be collected at the Supplies Office within the Department.
A compulsory site visit/pre-tender meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at the Ntsweng National Monument in Molepolole. Registration for site visit will commence from 0930 hours to 1000 hours at Ntsweng National Museum Office followed by the site visit from 1000 hours to 1100 hours on 18th March 2022.
