The services provided under this contract include: - the Development and commissioning of the SIE-PEAC: (i) Detailed functional design and technical specifications of the software architecture; (ii) Development and testing of the SIE-PEAC components; (iii) Loading and recovery workshop for data and documents (Test sets); (iv) Unit testing workshops and integration of the SIE-PEAC modules; (v) Technical audit of the SIE-PEAC platform; (vi) Installation and Verification of the Suitability for Proper Functioning ( VABF); (vii) Provisional Reception, Preparation for the start-up of the SIE-PEAC; (viii) Communication (internal and external), Training of contributors, Launch of the SIE-PEAC and Technical assistance and support for the operation of the SIE-PEAC. - Training: Training of the SIE-PEAC project team and Training of focal points.
