Expression of Interest are invited for Design Office for the production of the PEAC Energy Information System
development Fund (ADF-15) to finance the Project to Support the Development of the Institutional and Regulatory Framework for Central African Electricity (PADCRE). The project plans, as part of its component 2, to use part of the sums granted under this grant to finance the services of a Design Office for the production of the PEAC energy information system (phase 3 of the SIE-PEAC). 2. The services provided under this contract include: - the Development and commissioning of the SIE-PEAC: (i) Detailed functional design and technical specifications of the software architecture; (ii) Development and testing of the SIE-PEAC components; (iii) Loading and recovery workshop for data and documents (Test sets); (iv) Unit testing workshops and integration of the SIE-PEAC modules; (v) Technical audit of the SIE-PEAC platform; (vi) Installation and Verification of the Suitability for Proper Functioning ( VABF); (vii) Provisional Reception, Preparation for the start-up of the SIE-PEAC; (viii) Communication (internal and external), Training of contributors, Launch of the SIE-PEAC and Technical assistance and support for the operation of the SIE-PEAC. - Training: Training of the SIE-PEAC project team and Training of focal points. The Focal points will be trained on the standards and technologies for the constitution of data collections
