Design of green spaces The city of Wedel is developing the “BusinessPark Elbufer” commercial area on the site of the former Wedel oil works. The development plan No. 88 “BusinessPark Elbufer Wedel” (B-Plan 88), which is in the version of the first amendment from 2019 is valid, includes both the higher main area and the lower area on the Elbe side, which borders on the former port of the mineral oil works.
