Tenders are invited for Design Curriculum and Develop the Content of a New Course Entitled “Delivery and Development Oriented Leadership”

Bidding Documents may be Obtained from Procurement Office in the Building of Mod/Rdf Hqs, Kimihumra, Kigali City; Tel: 0788317202; E-Mail: Dirprocurementmod@minadef.gov.rw upon Presentation of Proof of Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10, 000 Rwf) for each Tender on Rra Account Number in Any Commercial Bank Operating in Rwanda.

Well Printed Bids Properly Bound must be Submitted in 03 Copies of Which, One of Them should be an Original and 02 Copies Conforming to the Original. Bids in Sealed Envelopes must be Addressed and Submitted to the Ministry of Defence-S Procurement Office before 10:00 Hrs Local Time on J^Ovcmber 2020. Late Bids shall be Rejected and Returned Unopened.
