Object of the contract
The market town of Eging a.See needs a new town hall and would like to place this, together with a residential and business house to strengthen the town center on the market place. In this context, the marketplace is to be redesigned as an attractive center of Eging. The town hall is currently housed in an old building in the Prof.-Reiter-Strasse, which meets today's space requirements and Anfordcan no longer live up to functionality and accessibility. In addition to the administrative offices, a meeting room, a civil registry office, a tourist information office and a multipurpose room are to be built in the new town hall. The new location on the marketplace should further strengthen the town center and contribute to the revitalization of the marketplace. To implement this project, the community in the leadd purchased buildings to be demolished.
