After the nationwide withdrawal of the British armed forces, the locations in Hameln were handed over to the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) by the end of 2014. As part of the "Integrated Urban Development and Growth Concept" (ISEK) 2007-2017, especially the inner-city locations were investigated both in terms of the city and in terms of the building typology and Rahmaster concepts. Due to the location close to the city center, the Linsingenkaserne is of particular importance within this development process. A need-based and socially responsible urban reorganization as well as the reuse and reuse are in the foreground. A district park is to be built in the center of the quarter.
