Request for proposals to design and undertake an overall impact evaluation of the programme "Improve equitable access to education in Mozambique" - baseline assessment to be conducted in 2024 and impact evaluation in 2027 The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Mozambique is seeking proposals from duly qualified companies to design and undertake an overall impact evaluation of the programme "Improve equitable access to education in Mozambique" - baseline assessment to be conducted in 2024 and impact evaluation in 2027. The overarching purpose of this impact evaluation is to 1) providea benchmark (through the baseline assessment) from which to measure progress of the programme over time, and 2) to assess the delivery of the programme interventions in target communities and provinces, and document results, challenges and impact status between the start of the programme in 2023 and the end in 2026/2027; therefore, covering all OECD DAC Criteria during the Impact Evaluation. The baseline assessment is to be conducted in early 2024 and endline/impact evaluation in 2027 at the end of the programme.
