Tenders are invited for Design and Production of Communication content for a COVID-19 Vaccination Awareness Campaign

The production company should:
Be registered in RDB. This registration is proven by the provision of a certificate from RDB.
Have certificate/proof of work of any health communication material (Especially related to COVID-19)
Have the capacity to carry out the scope of work with a professional team able to undertake the communication campaigns evidenced by detailed CVs and portfolios of key staff
Have the capacity to produce written and visual communication content

Design a COVID-19 vaccination awareness campaign and produce communication materials which provides key messaging about the covid-19 vaccines and their role in the journey to continue to build Rwanda towards a new normal. Emphasis will be put on the below key objectives.
Communicate the government-s efforts to avail and distribute the COVID-19 vaccines,
Inform residents of vaccination sites and details about the vaccines being administered
Address myths and rumors around the Covid-19 vaccines and Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFIs)
Strengthen the narrative of the journey towards a new normal after COVID-19 through vaccination and other prevention measures.

The campaign should help shape the perceptions and behavior of targeted audiences as follows:
Understand that COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective
Debunk myths and rumors around vaccine manufacture, distribution and AEFIs
Abide to other COVID-19 prevention measures even after vaccination
Get your COVID-19 vaccination when it is your turn
