Tenders are invited for Design and Implementation of a Network Architecture of the MRV Systems of Madagascar


Description of tasks
The national consultant must:
— Network the computers installed in the sectors mentioned above and the server at BNCCREDD+
— Set up a network architecture and ensure the physical configuration of the proposed network
— Ensure the implementation, installation and configuration of computer equipment
— Set up the TCP/IP communication protocols to be used to interconnect network devices on the Internet
— Configure servers (domain controllers);
— Define the conditions of access to the systems and ensure the integrity and security of data;
— Test the functionality of the server and the established network
— Train the MRV operational unit (OUM) on the operation of the networked system;
Deliverables
The national consultant is required to produce mandatory reports:
- Inception report detailing the understanding/interpretation of the terms of reference;
the methodology for carrying out the mission; the work plan and implementation schedule agreed with the BNCCC and CI-Madagascar, submitted 5 days after the signature of the contract.
- An interim report presenting the progress of the work.
- A computer network and MRV system networked and functional
- Training workshop report
- A final report of the service. It is submitted 15 days at the latest before the end of the mission to be validated by BNCCCREDD+ and Cl
