Expression of Interest are invited for Design and Construction Supervision of Feacal Sludge Management Treatment Unit for LLWSDP III

4.1Phase 1 - Desk work and Consultations -Activities that are envisaged to be
undertaken in this phase are preparatory and Feasibility Studies and Preliminary
Designs that will involve community engagement, socio-economic surveys, and
feasibility studies, to establish baseline
4.2Phase 2 - Detailed Field Work Investigations and Preliminary Designs - The
consultant shall establish relevant baseline data for planning and design of
project interventions along the FSM value chain
4.3 Phase 3 - Detailed Site Investigations and Detailed Engineering Design
- Detailed site Investigations including assessment of the existing faecal sludge
management site to be reviewed, assess the challenges what has worked and
not worked with a view of possible upgrade if found necessary.
4.4Construction Supervision (Time Based) - Review the works progress in
accordance with agreed milestones and work schedules and provide regular
updates including need for increasing resources and / or change in work plan for
timely execution
