Depot, logistics and relocation management services
EU-wide award procedure for relocation and logistics planning in Senckenberganlage 25, 60325 Frankfurt am Main for Senckenberg Society for Nature Research.
Due to the planned renovation and expansion of the historic main building of the Senckenberg Research Institute and Nature Museum Frankfurt, the main building, south wing and Reimers Building must be completely emptied by mid-2030 at the latest (according to current planning status). Move-out planning will start after the contract has been awarded and implementation is expected to begin in Q3/2028; the retreat is planned for 2033 at the earliest.
Many functions will remain on the property during the construction phase and will be replaced by densified existing areas, external locations and an interim exhibition were added.
We are looking for an experienced company for conservationally demanding museum and research logistics, including support with inventory, as well as area, process, tender, coordination and retreat planning.
The lot includes depot, relocation and logistics planning services for the complete emptying of the parts of the Senckenberg Naturmuseum Frankfurt building affected by the renovation, in particular the main building, south wing and Reimers building, as well as later retreat planning.
