The aim of this EU-wide procurement procedure is to procure the provision and operation of a SOC in the form of a cloud-based managed service for the city of Ravensburg for a monthly fee. Essential services to be provided are: Provision of a team and special systems that continuously monitor the IT security situation of the Ravensburg city administration; detecting and alerting when security incidents are detected; the early initiation of safety and security measures countermeasures; the provision of security experts; the provision of SOC services for a term of at least 5, optionally up to 7 years.
