Description of the service: A new wooden building is to be built in the listed park for the senior and youth meeting facilities that already operate there. The permission from the monument protection authority is subject to the condition that the three Existing buildings will be demolished (demolition phase), so that in the end there will only be one building left in the park. In order to keep the listed park as free of the construction work as possible and to ensure access to the park via the historic avenue, the Construction site can only be served via the construction site access planned in the south of the property.
