During the demolition work, the window elements and external doors will be professionally removed and disposed of in accordance with the prescribed systems. The roof area will then be completely dismantled with structures and fastenings including the attic covers. Rain pipes, drains are useddrain boxes, rainwater standpipes as well as emergency and flat drains are professionally removed and disposed of properly.
The dismantling of the roof structure in the auditorium includes all necessary protective measures for the remaining floor coverings.
The dismantling of the facades made of fiber cement panels and aluminum sheets includesThe substructure, the facade insulation and all fastening elements are carried out taking into account possible pollutant loads and in accordance with the specifications of the BGBau.
Roofs and canopies including the foundations are being dismantled in various places. Furthermore, requiredThe emergency staircase has to be dismantled by dismantling a steel structure that has been bent several times with a web structure and platforms. The necessary earthworks to expose the components to be demolished, including the foundations, as well as the subsequent leveling of the demolition pits are carried outhrt.
There are also reinforced concrete components and prefabricated parts that have to be demolished or dismantled.
All demolition work is carried out carefully in accordance with the attached appendices.
