Brief description of the main positions
ABR_VE_01 Gutting and pollutants house 1 (MR 14-18)
Gutting the attic and pollutant remediation in occupied residential buildings. The general construction site facilities are provided on site.
Gutting work ca .: 20 m³ movable objects, 183 m2 elastic floor coverings, 538 m2 ceramic floor coverings, 528 m2 screed, 80 doors with frames, 42 m³ non-load-bearing masonry walls, 221 m2 lightweight walls, 166 m2 wall coverings.
Dismantling and disposal Approx.: 1, 288 m2 of insulation materials, 560 m2 of bituminous sealants, 540 m2 of PAH-contaminated mastic asphalt, 1, 995 m2 of polluted plasters, 1, 610 m2 of ETICS, 400 m of pipe insulation. Release measurements, decontamination and fine cleaning. 1, 660 m2 of renovation areas with documentation and disposal. Crowd polluted waste approx. 180 t, dismantling materials approx. 100 t.
