The subject of the tender is demolition and shell construction work as part of the “toilet renovation in the cafeteria of the Technical University of Ilmenau”. The services include the dismantling of components that are not contaminated with pollutants as well as the necessary shell construction work within the building existing building. # - 450 m² demolition of tile coverings and wall tiles in toilets and ancillary areas - 180 m² demolition of drywall walls and ceilings - 60 m² demolition of masonry walls including partial demolitions and openings - 80 pieces of demolition Sanitary porcelain - Closing and lining openings - Creating new wall and door openings - Creating friction-locking connections between masonry components - Minor concrete and masonry work # Several main offers are permitted, whereby each main offer must be eligible for acceptance on its own.
