Demolition and bricklaying work BT ABCDE The ERDF construction project includes the energy-related renovation of components A, B, C and E, whereas the subject of this tendered measure is the demolition and masonry work on components ABCDE, which is separate from the ERDF process is carried out as an accompanying renovation measure for parts of the building. As part of the planned renovation work, the areas on the ground floor will be replanned and the usage units will be adapted to the new needs of the clinic. These are the inner ones To clear parts of the building and adapt them to the new plans. The following tender documents cover the gutting and rebuilding of these conversion areas. The services are provided as a preliminary measure and in parts parallel to the ERDF project carried out. The following services are requested in detail: construction site setup, demolition work, scaffolding work, earthworks, masonry work, concrete and reinforced concrete work, interior plastering work. For further details please refer to the tender documents, in particular the service description (Part B) and the contractual conditions (Part C). The open procedure in question is part of an overall construction project for the energy-efficient renovation of the Martinusquelle Clinic.
