Tenders are invited for Delpaz Sofala: Verification of Expenditures for 2023-2024 and Optional 2025
While AICS is responsible for implementation in the Provinces of Manica and Tete, ADA was delegated by the European Union (EU) to implement specific objective 2 “Local Development for the Consolidation of Peace in Mozambique - DELPAZ” DELPAZ Subprogram - Sofala in the Province of Sofala (DELPAZ-Sofala). ADA is implementing DELPAZ-Sofala with the main partners, the Government of Mozambique through the Sofala Provincial Executive Council (CEPS) and the District Governments (District Secretariat/SDAE/SDPI/SDSMAS) and other partners such as the ADRA/Livaningo consortium and the local CSO Young Africa.
ADA/DELPAZ-Sofala intends to hire specialized Audit Companies to conduct Annual Expenditure Verifications 2023, 2024 and optional 2025, which have the following objectives:
- Verification of annual expenditure and issue reports specified in Annex VI - TERMS OF REFERENCE (ToR) FOR A VERIFICATION OF EXPENDITURE for each of the implementing partners of the DELPAZ Sofala Subprogram. Separate reports must be provided, in addition to the consolidated results and conclusions of which must be integrated into the final report.
- The Annual Expenditure Verifications will be carried out as a document review in ADA-s and the partners' offices and field work in the indicated locations Maputo, Beira and in the six districts of Sofala province, namely: Chemba, Maringué, Cheringoma, Gorongosa, Chibabava and Machanga
