Delivery/assembly: temporary construction, technical building equipment (TGA) and communications technology (NT) Ruhrbahn GmbH (hereinafter Ruhrbahn, or client) is a transport company in the Ruhr area that provides mobility in the cities of Essen and Mülheim through the provision of a public service contract. As part of the fire protection upgrade of the Berliner Platz subway station in Essen, extensive preliminary measures are required, including the removal of pollutants and various dismantling work on level -2 of the station, including the associated operating rooms. The subject of the award is, among other things, the delivery and assembly of a temporary construction for the technical building equipment and the Communications technology as a preliminary measure for the entire fire protection renovation. As part of the pollutant remediation, all electrical components in the ceiling area are dismantled and professionally carried out in advance by a separately commissioned contractor disposed of.
