Tender Details

Part I of the order - delivery of workshop tools. Part II of the order - delivery of material handling equipment. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. The procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party awards the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. The subject of the order is the supply of tools workshops and material handling equipment, divided into 2 (two) parts of the order. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 44510000-8 tools, 34911100-7 trolleys. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No. 1, 1.1 - 1.2. and No. 4 to SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with product and price specification and draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the rules described in the ToR. The order was divided into parts, as described in Annexes 1.1 - 1.2. to SWZ. Each Contractor may submit an offer for any selected part/parts.
