Delivery of winter boots for the Bavarian Police The Bavarian Police intend to purchase winter boots. The client guarantees the contractor the acceptance of the following quantities throughout the entire term of the contract. These are subject to calculation The basis is: Binding minimum purchase quantity (corresponds to the estimated quantity): 1, 500 pairs of winter boots. In addition, the contractor ensures that the following non-binding quantities can be purchased throughout the entire contract term: Non-binding purchase quantity: 2, 500 pairs of winter boots. The maximum purchase quantity agreed upon for the entire contract period is 4, 000 pairs of winter boots. The size breakdown is communicated when individual orders are placed (orders).
