Delivery of a PEM electrolyzer test stand with optional AEM functionality Objective With this invitation to submit an offer, the client intends to select qualified providers for the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of a to request a laboratory-based PEM electrolyzer test bench. The test bench is intended to support research, development, validation and pre-industrial testing of PEM water electrolysis systems. The system serves as a central research infrastructure and enables realistic, reproducible and controlled investigations on individual cells and short stacks under defined electrical, thermal, hydraulic and pressure-side operating conditions that reflect the state of modern PEM electrolysis technology are equivalent to.
