A central IT software system is operated to handle the business processes of LOTTO Hamburg GmbH. To manage (orchestrate) the system, the software is the product “OpenShift Container” from the manufacturer Red Hat and the operating system is the “Linux Enterprise” software, also from the manufacturer Red Hat, is already in use. The subject of the order is the temporary provision of standard software (software licenses), the provision of maintenance services for the standard software (such as. Delivery of updates and upgrades) as well as support services during the transfer period as a follow-up extension of the products already in use. The EVB-IT transfer agreement to be concluded provides for the transfer of the standard software and the associated provision of care and support services for one year.
