The required testing and software system must be designed for an operating pressure of 210 bar with a minimum volume flow of 180 L/min and ensure a shock-free start-up. The system must be modular, compatible with MS Windows 11 and the older MTS controllers. In addition, a 24-hour service with monthly billing for five years must be ensured.
