The client awards an order to supply the Bavarian police with service dog handler suits (jackets and trousers).
Delivery of service dog handler suits (jackets and trousers) for the Bavarian police
The client ensures that the contractor will accept the following quantities throughout the entire contract periodto. These are to be used as a basis for the calculation:
Binding minimum purchase quantity:
1, 100 pieces of DHF suit jackets;
1, 500 pieces of DHF suit trousers;
In addition, the contractor ensures that the following non-binding purchase quantities can be purchased without obligation during the entire contract termn:
Non-binding purchase quantity:
200 pieces of DHF suit jackets;
200 pieces of DHF suit trousers;
The maximum purchase quantity agreed upon during the entire contract period is:
1, 300 pieces of DHF suit jackets;
1, 700 pieces of DHF suit trousers;
The size breakdown is communicated when the individual order is placedaege (orders).
The contractor is only entitled to purchase the contractually agreed minimum purchase quantities. The quantities mentioned above are non-binding requirements figures.
The contractor is not entitled to purchase this expected quantity. About the vertPurchase quantities exceeding the agreed minimum purchase quantity depend on various factors (wear and tear, number of new service dog handlers, etc.), so only an estimate can be made regarding the additional, non-binding purchase quantity.
