1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment, including business-class portable computers and computer monitors. The equipment will be used for office, administrative, analytical and specialized graphic work. Detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. The supply of the subject of the order consists of: - Business class laptop computer (16") - 15 pcs. - LED monitor 27" (QHD) - 15 pcs. If the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order refers to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Act, solutions equivalent to those described are allowed. If the description of the subject of the order appears indications of trademarks, patents or origin, they should be understood in accordance with Art. 99 section 5-6 of the Public Procurement Law, and this is justified by the specific nature of the subject of the order and the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order using sufficiently precise terms.
