Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products in the range and quantities specified in Annex No. 2 to IDW - Assortment and quantity form 2. The offered subject of the order must meet the above-mentioned requirements of the Ordering Party v Assortment and quantity form, be brand new and ready for use in accordance with intended use without making additional purchases. 3. All offered products must be approved for trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with Polish law and European Union law. 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for individual parts of the order. This order consists of 64 parts (packages). A tender may be submitted for one or more lots. 5. In parts 1-59, the Ordering Party requires the offer of medicinal products authorized for marketing in Poland within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001. The exceptions are: item 23 of part 4 and item 27 of part 5, for which the Ordering Party allows products with a status other than a medicinal product, if they meet the other requirements contained in the SWZ. 6. The Ordering Party allows the offer of oral pharmaceutical equivalents in the form of tablets, dragees or capsules with the same drug release pattern. 7. If the pharmaceutical preparation requested by the Ordering Party is no longer produced or there is a temporary lack of production and there is no other equivalent preparation, the Ordering Party...
