part 1 Mon. The delivery of furniture to PSB ZS includes the supply of: school desks, chairs, desks, blackboard, wardrobes and cupboards, and benches for the cloakroom. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4a to the SWZ. Detailed terms and conditions of the order are included in the Designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. By submitting an offer, the Contractor grants the Ordering Party a 24-month warranty for the delivered furniture, under the conditions specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions. The contractor may offer a longer warranty period, which will be assessed as part of the offer evaluation criteria.
