Delivery of multifunctional devices, including service The Uckermark district intends to award a comprehensive service in the area of print fleet management. This tender includes the purchase of the hardware infrastructure all functional and performance requirements described in Section 6 as well as a full service contract for operation and maintenance for a period of 60 months. The order includes the delivery, implementation and operation of a uniform Print fleet management for the business locations in the Uckermark district (see Appendix 3 location plan for new devices). The service covers the following core components: - Hardware: The provision and delivery of the new multifunctional devices, divided in the following performance classes: - 53x A3 color multifunctional devices - 9x A4 color multifunctional devices - 10x A4 black and white multifunctional devices - Central printer management and device software: The provision, licensing and implementation of a central, manufacturer-independent software solution for seamless monitoring, administration and control of the entire print fleet and associated device software (embedded client) as a software application directly on the displays of the multifunctional devices for the Provision of user workflows. - Setup and configuration: The complete technical and physical integration of the overall solution into the client's existing structure.
