Delivery of multifunctional devices, including service The Uckermark district intends to award a comprehensive service in the area of print fleet management. This tender includes the purchase of the hardware infrastructure all functional and performance requirements described in Section 6 as well as a full service contract for operation and maintenance for a period of 60 months. The aim of the tender is to commission a strategic partner who offers a modern, provides safe, economical and sustainable printing and document logistics for the entire Uckermark district. The core goals are: - Consolidation and homogenization of the equipment park by purchasing new hardware. - Maximize efficiency and Productivity through optimized workflows. - Significant increase in cost control and transparency (Total Cost of Ownership). - Ensuring the highest level of data security and compliance (GDPR, BSI). - Improving sustainability (Green IT) and Employee health. - Ensuring high service quality and availability through a central SLA management contract.
