Delivery of Microsoft license and support or equivalent software with support The subject of the order is the supply of Microsoft licenses or equivalent software together with support in accordance with the principles set out in the SOPZ - i.e. in Annex No. 1 to draft contract and on the terms specified in the terms and conditions software manufacturer licensing. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ), quality requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) are included in the draft contract (together with its attachments) constituting an Annex to the SWZ. The equivalence conditions are described in Chapter 3 in point 3.4 SWZ. Delivery of a Microsoftt license or equivalent software along with support in accordance with the principles set out in the SOPZ - i.e. in Annex No. 1 to draft contract and on the terms specified in the licensing terms of the software manufacturer. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ), quality requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) are included in the draft contract (together with its attachments) constituting an Annex to the SWZ. Pursuant to Art. 280 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained in Annex No. 1 (SOPZ) to the draft contract, the Ordering Party cannot provide the above-mentioned. part of the SWZ on the website of the proceedings.
