We offer a 3D printing system based on the material jetting process for the additive production of ceramic components with high dimensional accuracy and detail resolution. The system works on the principle of layer-by-layer construction from a water-based ceramic suspension (slurry), which is specifically applied via nozzles. The component is built in layers through the precise inkjet application of a ceramic suspension. Each applied layer is immediately followed through thermal drying solidified. This process is repeated automatically until the complete component is created. The system is designed for both industrial use and research and development purposes. It enables the Economical production of functional prototypes, small series and complex ceramic components with high demands on precision, density and surface quality.
