Tender Details

In order to be able to implement the new medical concept for the Munich Clinic Harlaching and to implement the necessary renovation and renewal measures, the Munich Clinic Harlaching needs a new replacement due to its outdated structural structures from the 1960sbuilding. The size of the new building is approx. 60, 000 m2 gross floor area. The size of the functional floors (ground floor - 2nd floor) is based on the boundaries of the building site. The size of the care areas (3rd - 5th floors) results from the requirement of two double stations together on one floor with up to 65 beds per ward. The total number of beds is approx. 550 beds.

Delivery of lights

For the Harlaching Hospital replacement new building project in Munich, the delivery of the following lights with the following quantities has been tendered: Title01.01. Surface-mounted lights, recessed lights, standard ranges: approx. 8190 lights Title 01.02. Decorative, special lights: approx. 365 lights Title 01.03. Safety lighting: approx. 447 lights
