Delivery of desktop and laptop computers Delivery of portable computers (TABLETS) with equipment Delivery of computers with special parameters 1. The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment for the implementation of the "Inżynier 5.0" project - education for the needs of the economy" co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development program 2021-2027, co-financing agreement number FERS.01.05-IP.08-0285/23-00 in divided into 3 parts: 1)Part 1 - desktop and portable computers 2)Part 2 - portable computers (TABLETS) with accessories 3)Part 3 - computers with special parameters 2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5A-5C to the SWZ. 3. Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in PLN. 4. The ordering party does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks. 5. The contractor may entrust the execution of parts subcontractor orders. In such a case, the Ordering Party requests that the contractor indicate in its offer the parts of the order whose performance it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. 6. There must be an offer clear and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire range of a given part of the order. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party. 7.
