1. The subject of the order is "Supply of IT equipment" under Project No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0025/25 titled Increasing the efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system through the digital transformation of SPZZOZ in Staszów” co-financed under National Recovery and Resilience Plan - Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality health care system." 2. The goods offered by the Contractor must: a) meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Terms of Reference, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order - attachments with the required parameters technical. b) be brand new, fully functional, not refurbished, not a demo version. c) be produced at least in 2025, d) meet quality and technical standards resulting from the function and purpose, e) be free from material defects, structural, physical and legal, f) cannot be encumbered with any rights in favor of third parties. 3. The offered Subject of the Order must be complete with all components, parts and materials necessary for commissioning and use. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party. 4. The description of the offered product should not raise any doubts for the Ordering Party.
