The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for the supply of an isokinetic dynamometric system for testing the exercise capacity of various muscle groups as part of the implementation of the project entitled Establishment of the Physical Performance Testing Laboratory Czowieka Mini Skeleton Power Engineering as part of the expansion and modernization of the Medical Campus of the Jagiellonian University Medical College, under the European Funds for Maopolska Program 2021-2027, contract no. FEMP.01.04-IZ.00-0270/24-00-XI/56/FE/25.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.2 Detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the functions, parameters technical and required conditions and additionally scored, or their maximum or minimum ranges or other necessary features are included in Annex A to the Offer Form, which is an integral part of the SWZ. and the provisions of points 5) SWZ, which also present the scope and requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the order.
