Multi-detection microplatte reader for applications with microtite plates in 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96 and 384 well format from various manufacturers
Detection methods (end point and kinetic for fluorescence and absorption):
Monochromator -based optics (double monochromator system) with free wavelength choice for absorption and fluorescence
Selection of wavelength without a filter change
Accuracy of the wavelength in absorption measurements of plus/minus 0.3 nm
Scan module for individual wells for absorbing absorption, excitation and emission spectra over the entire wavelength range
