1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called: Delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning and implementation of IT/OT hardware and software intended to increase the level of cybersecurity of the infrastructure of the Municipal Zakład Komunalny Wielka Wie Sp. With o.o2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party requires that the software licenses provided are new and have never been previously activated or used on other devices and that they do not burden the rights of persons third parties.4. The subject of the order must come from legal distribution sources, including authorized sales channels in the EU.5. The offered products must be supported by the manufacturer, in accordance with the detailed requirements specified in the procedure documents, incl. including in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, regarding reporting technical problems and access to corrections and system updates.6. During the support period, i.e. until December 31, 2026, the Ordering Party must have the right to a free update to the latest version of the products, if they are published by the manufacturer of the supplied hardware and software.7.
