Delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of 2 arrays with software for the expansion of MRPiPS data processing centers Numbering in accordance with the Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter referred to as SWZ) available at: https://zamowienia-mrpips.ezaniąjacy.pl/pn/zamowienia-mrpips/demand/307824/notice/public/details 3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of 2 arrays with software for the expansion of processing centers MRPiPS data. 3.2. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject, scope and conditions of implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ together with annexes, in particular the Specification Technical, constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU. 3.3. Pursuant to Art. 16b section 2 of the Act, the Ordering Party specifies that the offered switches come from third countries that are not parties to the WTO Agreements on Government Procurement (GPA) or other agreements international contracts guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on the basis of reciprocity and equality, to which the European Union is a party, are not permitted in these proceedings. 3.1.
